Calysopic Refund and Return Policy

At Calysopic, we are committed to ensuring that every customer is completely satisfied with their purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your product, we offer a straightforward return and refund process. Please review our refund and return policy carefully to understand your rights and the procedures to follow.

1. General Return and Refund Guidelines

We offer returns and refunds on most products purchased from Calysopic, subject to the following terms:

  • Returns: You may return most items within 30 days from the date of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided the items are unused and in their original condition.
  • Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment once the return is processed and the product has been received and inspected.
  • Exclusions: Certain items, including perishable products such as fresh food, cannot be returned unless they are damaged or defective upon arrival.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer support team at info@calysopic.com or call (417) 354-0778 within 30 days of receiving your order. You will need to provide your order number and the reason for the return.

  2. Return Authorization: A member of our team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return the product. Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization.

  3. Packaging the Return: Please ensure that all returned items are properly packaged to avoid damage during transit. Include all original packaging materials, tags, and documentation that came with the product.

  4. Return Shipping: You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a defective or damaged product. We recommend using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure that your returned items are safely received.

  5. Processing the Return: Once your returned items are received and inspected, we will process your return. Please note that processing returns may take up to 5-7 business days after we receive the product.

  6. Refund Issuance: After the return is approved, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., damaged or defective items).

3. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please follow these steps:

  • Notify Us Immediately: Contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs of the damaged or defective product. We will promptly review the situation.

  • Return or Replacement: If the product is confirmed to be damaged or defective, we will offer you a full refund or send a replacement at no additional cost. We will also provide you with a prepaid shipping label for returning the defective product.

Note: If the product is not damaged or defective, and you simply changed your mind, our regular return policy applies.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged. These include:

  • Perishable products (fresh food, gourmet items)
  • Opened or used products (unless defective)
  • Gift cards or vouchers
  • Items marked as “non-returnable” at the time of purchase

6. Refund Method

Once your return has been processed and approved, Calysopic will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please note:

  • If you paid by credit/debit card, the refund may take 5-7 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank’s processing times.
  • If you paid via PayPal, Apple Pay, or Google Pay, the refund will be processed back to the original account.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within the expected timeframe, please check your bank account or payment provider. If the refund is still not reflected, please contact our customer service team at info@calysopic.com. We will be happy to assist you in resolving the issue.

8. Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel an order after it has been placed, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that orders can be canceled once they have been processed, but we will make every effort to accommodate your request.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. In that case, you will need to return the items following our standard return process.
